Association, in collaboration with the 8200 Alumni Association, aimed at ensuring equal opportunities for Israeli youth from all sectors of society. By fostering talent and providing access to opportunities, we are shaping Israel's future in the global tech landscape
Through advanced technological training and education in core values, Zionism, and leadership, we ensure that youth from every corner of Israeli society can join the IDF’s elite technological units, and from there, embark on transformative careers in Israel's thriving high-tech industry
We target talented and motivated teenagers from Israel's peripheral areas, many of whom do not have early access to the world of technology. With personalized mentorship, excellence-driven education, professional training, and the development of both social and technological skills, we empower these young people to overcome barriers, believe in themselves, and be the driving force behind Israel's innovation revolution.
