“Or” is a national network of urban, pre-army leadership academies for young adults (age 18) who choose to pause, reflect, and lead before their military service.
With 5 academies across Israel and 250 participants each year, “Or” empowers courageous youth from all walks of life to break barriers, deepen their identity, and take charge of their future.
At “Or”, participants take the lead—managing their own schedules, shaping their learning journeys, and living in dynamic, purpose-driven communities. Through hands-on experiences in education, activism, and teamwork, they build the skills and values needed to become leaders in Israeli society.
