Building Future Leaders Malach El-Balad is a groundbreaking program that aims to reduce social gaps, promote equal opportunity, and strengthen self-confidence, belonging, and responsibility among Arab teens in Israel.
Through hands-on learning, spoken Hebrew practice, and tech literacy, we equip youth with the skills and mindset to thrive in Israeli society and the workforce.
To develop confident, capable young leaders who drive positive change in their communities and integrate successfully into Israeli society.
Empowerment & Identity: Volunteering, leadership, and community responsibility
Tech Skills: Coding, company visits, and a final social-tech hackathon
Spoken Hebrew: Language enrichment, Yael test prep, academic exposure

Active in 12 municipalities
